COOLINK (DTG INK) is designed for direct printing on 100% cotton fabrics. It also delivers good results on 50/50 polyester-cotton blends.
When properly cured, the inks offer excellent wash fastness. Use a standard heat press with medium pressure and cure printed garments for 120 seconds at 330°F (166°C). If excess humidity is present or garments are damp, cure for 180 seconds using silicone-coated curing sheets.

What is DTG ink?
DTG ink, also known as Direct-To-Garment ink, is a water-based pigment ink used in digital textile printing for direct printing on finished garments such as T-shirts.
DTG inks are mainly used on cotton textiles. When printing on light or white garments, the printer uses CMYK colors only. When printing on dark or black garments, a layer of white ink is printed first, followed by color inks to achieve full-color images. This requires printers with a dedicated white ink channel.
With advances in technology, DTG ink can now also be used on polyester and polyester-cotton blended fabrics. Industrial-scale production often uses roll-to-roll systems, with fabric pre-treatment applied in factory environments.
As one of the global ink suppliers, COOLINK offers flexible cooperation models. Our two main programs include joint development and manufacturing of new ink and fluid products, as well as contract manufacturing of already developed products. In both cases, you can be assured of world-class quality control, including: automated in-line production in a 36,000-square-meter facility, a manufacturing and packaging capacity of 30,000 liters of ink per week, full R&D capabilities, quality control, raw material testing and batch data reporting, on-site warehousing, and global logistics and shipping.
WARNING:
WORK IN A WELL-VENTILATED AREA and use personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks and gloves, when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV, etc.), as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder, in addition to proper ventilation and filtration in your workspace. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies, including inks, chemicals, and powders, is at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and films require proper humidity and temperature control (55%–75% humidity and 75°F–80°F / 24°C–27°C) to minimize risks of ink clogging and film buckling.
